Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Affix Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the exterior of your parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once inspected at our Seoul warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
